The List:2011

This is my list of things I want to complete (or at least start) before the year is over.  We put too much pressure on New Year’s Resolutions, which sets us up for failure every year.  A lot of these are long-term, lifestyle changes and I’m determined to complete them all…just not all in one year.  This list will constantly change so check back for updates!

1. Lose 75 pounds

2. Excercise 5 days a week

3. Train my 3 dogs to walk together without acting like crazy animals.

4.  Take a yoga class at least once a week.

5. Blog everyday

6. Have date night once a week with Paige.

7. Start a family.

8. Read 20 books

9. Knit at least 2 hours a day.

10. Quit smoking
